Why do fake safety certificates matter on a construction site?
Because the certificate is the only thing standing between an untrained worker and a crane, a confined space or a roof edge. Construction is heavily regulated for that reason: workers need verified training before they operate machinery, handle hazardous materials, work at height or set foot on site.
