Partner Certification Platform
Scalable Certification Infrastructure for Tech Companies
API-first certificate issuing. Blockchain-secured verification. White-label on your domain. Built for tech teams that automate everything, and for partner programmes that have to grow.
TL;DR
Partner certification at scale is an issuing problem and a verification problem at once. TRUE issues partner and developer certificates through a five endpoint REST API, hosts them on your own domain, and writes a cryptographic fingerprint of each one to blockchain, so a mutual customer can confirm a partner's tier by scanning a QR code instead of asking your channel team. Issuing triggers from Salesforce, an LMS webhook, a batch call or a structured email, and revocation through the API takes a tier away the moment a partner loses it. Views, shares and verification events come back as data.
- Five endpoints: issue, list, verify, revoke, update, with a sandbox to test against.
- Tier status becomes provable, so a claimed Gold partner can be checked in seconds.
- Revocation is immediate, which is what a PDF certificate can never offer.
Why do PDF partner certificates break at scale?
Because they cannot be issued programmatically, checked by a customer or withdrawn once sent. At fifty partners the manual work becomes the bottleneck, and at five hundred it stops working entirely. The four failures below are the ones channel teams report first.
You've built a partner ecosystem. Resellers, integrators and developers all earn certifications that prove their expertise with your platform. Certifications that your mutual customers rely on when choosing a partner. And you're issuing those certifications as... PDFs?
- PDFs don't scale. Issuing partner certificates one at a time through a design tool breaks at 50 partners. It collapses at 500.
- PDFs get faked. A competitor's partner claims Gold tier status they never earned. A PDF "proves" it. You cannot tell the difference, and neither can your customers.
- No analytics. Who viewed a certificate? Who shared it? Which partner tier generates the most engagement? PDFs are black holes.
- Developers expect API-first. Your partners build on your API. They expect your certification infrastructure to work the same way: programmatic, automated and integrated.
Partner certifications are a strategic asset. They signal trust, competence, and commitment to your ecosystem. They deserve infrastructure, not a file folder.
How crowded is the certification market a partner badge competes in?
Crowded enough that a badge on its own carries little signal. Partner ecosystems now span most of the world, the number of credentials in circulation runs into seven figures, and employers verify only a fraction of what they are shown, so the check has to be built into the credential.
- AWS says its partner network spans 198 countries. Source: Amazon Web Services, AWS Partner Network. Ecosystems at that spread cannot verify tier claims by hand.
- 1,076,358 credentials are offered in the United States alone, by 59,692 providers, more than half of them non degree credentials such as certificates and digital badges. Source: Credential Engine, Counting U.S. Postsecondary and Secondary Credentials, 7 December 2022.
- Only 52% of large employers verify all academic credentials, and 45% have uncovered a false qualification claim. Source: Prospects Luminate, November 2025, from a YouGov survey of 526 HR decision makers.
A partner badge that verifies itself is the difference between a claim and a fact, and the customer choosing between two integrators is the one who benefits.
What does the TRUE API give an engineering team?
Five endpoints, a sandbox and predictable responses. Certificates render on your own domain with your branding, and every one carries a blockchain anchored record that any customer can verify by scanning.
5-Endpoint REST API
Issue, List, Verify, Revoke, Update. Clean documentation. Predictable responses. The kind of API your engineering team won't complain about.
Custom domain, white-labelled end to end
Partner certificates live on your domain: certs.yourcompany.com. Your brand, your design, your domain. When a partner shares their certification, the audience sees your company rather than a third-party vendor.
Blockchain-Secured Verification
Every certificate is written to four blockchains: Ethereum, AVAX, Fantom and Polygon. The record is permanent and tamper-proof. QR code verification means any customer can confirm a partner's status in seconds.
Sandbox Environment
Test your integration before going live. Issue test certificates, verify API responses, validate webhooks. Ship with confidence.
Which partner credentials can you automate?
Partner and reseller tiers, developer certifications, product specialist credentials, customer onboarding achievements, internal technical training and API integration badges. Anything a partner might put on a landing page to win a deal.
Partner and reseller tier certifications
Issue Silver, Gold, and Platinum tier certificates that partners display to mutual customers. Blockchain verification makes tier status provable rather than merely claimable.
Developer certifications
Certify developers who've completed your platform training, passed technical assessments, or achieved integration milestones. API-issued, automatically delivered, LinkedIn-ready.
Product specialist certifications
Certify partner employees as specialists in specific product lines or modules. Track which specialisations are most in-demand through certificate analytics.
Customer onboarding achievements
Recognise customers who complete onboarding programmes or product training. Shareable certificates drive product adoption and community engagement.
Internal technical training
Certify your own team in engineering, support and sales engineering on product knowledge and technical competencies. Maintain a verifiable record of internal expertise.
API integration badges
Recognise partners who've completed integration certification. Proof that a partner's technical team can implement and support your platform for mutual customers.
Why anchor a partner tier on a blockchain?
Because the claim outlives the system that made it. A tier certificate issued today stays verifiable after a CRM migration, a rebrand or a change of partner manager, and a customer checking it does not have to reach anyone at your company.
Impossible to fake partner tier status
When a partner claims Gold certification, a customer can verify it in one QR scan. The blockchain record confirms the certification is genuine, unaltered, and current. No phone calls. No "we'll check and get back to you." In competitive partner ecosystems, fraudulent certification claims undermine trust in your entire programme.
Permanent, verifiable record
Blockchain records don't expire when a contract renews or a system migrates. A certification issued today is verifiable in five years. Your partner programme's credibility has permanence.
LinkedIn-shareable = free marketing
When partners share their certifications on LinkedIn, they're marketing your platform to their network. Every share puts your brand in front of potential customers and future partners. TRUE customers have generated 100M+ marketing impressions from shared credentials. Your certification programme becomes a distribution channel.

Partner certifications are a strategic asset. They signal trust, competence and commitment to your ecosystem.
What data do partner certificates generate?
Views, shares, verification events and geography. That turns a certification programme into something you can measure as a channel rather than a cost.
Partner certifications generate data. TRUE captures it.
Views and opens
How often partner certificates are being accessed.
Shares
LinkedIn, social and email, so you see where certificates travel after issuance.
Verification events
When and where customers are checking partner status.
Geographic reach
Where your partner ecosystem is generating credential engagement.
Feed this data back into your partner strategy. Identify which tiers drive the most engagement. See which regions are verifying most actively. Understand how your certification programme performs as a marketing channel.
How do teams trigger certificate issuing?
Four common ways: a Salesforce trigger on deal close, an LMS webhook on course completion, a batch API call for quarterly renewals, or a structured email for simpler workflows.
Salesforce, on deal close
Partner completes a deal. Salesforce triggers certificate issuance via API. Partner receives their achievement credential automatically.
LMS, on course completion
Partner employee finishes certification training. LMS webhook fires. TRUE issues the certificate. Recipient gets a branded email with their blockchain-secured credential.
Batch API, for quarterly renewals
Export your partner roster, run renewal logic, call the API in batch. Issue hundreds of renewal certificates in minutes. Revoke expired certifications programmatically.
Email-triggered issuance
For simpler workflows: send a structured email to TRUE with recipient details. Certificate issued and delivered without touching the dashboard or API.
What do channel teams ask before switching?
Design control per tier, how revocation works, LinkedIn sharing, Salesforce integration and how fast a programme can go live.
Can we control certificate design per partner tier?
Yes. Create separate templates for each tier: Silver, Gold, Platinum or whatever your programme uses. Each template has its own branding, colours, and content. Issue the right template automatically based on tier via the API.
How does revocation work when a partner loses certification?
Call the revoke endpoint. The certificate's verification status updates immediately. Anyone scanning the QR code or checking the verification portal sees the current status. No expired or revoked certificates circulating with a "valid" appearance.
Can partners add certifications to LinkedIn?
Yes. Every TRUE certificate is designed for LinkedIn sharing. One-click add to profile. The certificate displays with your branding and links back to your verification portal on your custom domain.
Does TRUE integrate with Salesforce?
Yes. Use the REST API to trigger certificate issuance from Salesforce events such as deal closures, training completions and partner tier changes. Standard API integration, no custom connectors needed.
How quickly can we go live?
Most tech teams integrate the API in days, not weeks. Five endpoints, clean documentation, sandbox for testing. Certificate template design runs in parallel. Typical time to first live certificate: under two weeks.
What do TRUE customers say?
Technology teams issuing credentials through TRUE, in their own words.
“The animation looks fantastic, and it’s so simple for our recipients. It has made things much easier for us at Sitevision with the digital certificates.”
“We are very happy with our work with TRUE Original. Their technology let our customers get lots of positive attention.”
